On July 5 Hutchinson Square will host Sounds on the Square, a free concert featuring Sideshow Americans. Hear songs from their upcoming release as well as their debut EP Streetlights, an album steeped in Southeastern string band tradition, delivered in four-part harmony by bassist Whitt Algar, guitarists Ryan Bonner and Dan Wright, and multi-instrumentalist Cory Jarrett.
Main Street Reads is one of the proud Summerville Shopkeepers sponsoring this free concert for area residents from 6 – 8 p.m. We’ll have free treats in the shop that evening, and will remain open until after the concert for anyone wanting to stop in and say “hi” and pick up a new summer read.
Then, on July 13, we’ll be hosting author Kathleen Varn for the launch of her second novel, Gardenia Duty! Visit our EVENTS CALENDAR for more details.
