Main Street Reads’ All-AmeriCANs!

Charleston author Kathleen Varn (Ameera Unveiled, Gardenia Duty) won last year’s Oxygen Ball dance competition by raising thousands of dollars for the American Lung Association (and of course, by dancing her Stray Cat Strut butt off!).

This year, without a live Oxygen Ball due to Covid-19, she’s created some amazing auction items for the virtual auction (LEARN MORE HERE) including plenty of books from Main Street Reads favorite authors (Kathryn Taylor, Ruthie Landis, R. Scott Boyer and more!) Kat staged a pic in the lowcountry room (shown here) of her Pulpwood Queens basket of books, and above with some specialties from lowcountry author Susan Boyer. Way to be an All-AmeriCAN, Kat! Use the link above to bid on lots of amazing items, August 10-16 to benefit the American Lung Association.

And now, a look at the week ahead!
