Hard to believe that April 1 will mark our one month birthday at Main Street Reads. We’ve been overwhelmed by the response to our fledgling store and have loved meeting all of you and talking about great reads!
To date we’ve hosted EIGHT authors, and we’re thrilled to announce #9 and #10 will appear this weekend, April 6 and 7, during the Flowertown Festival!
First up on April 6 is Bruce Orr, author of Lost in Legend: South Carolina’s Coastal Ghosts & Lore and Haunted Summerville (among others!). Learn more HERE!
Then, on Sunday, April 7, Live 5 News’ popular meteorologist Bill Walsh, aka W. F. Walsh, joins us to sign copies of his espionage thrillers Red Carpet Ransom and The Umbrella Option. Bill will also share news of the upcoming May release of his third book, Black Duck. Learn more HERE!

Teachers and students: Let us know about your upcoming summer reading lists and we’ll make sure to order copies of the books for you in advance and offer student discounts.
