We did it – got through a wonderful birthday week and finished off the fun with our Birthday Bash yesterday – our winners of the very first Beads and Reads Challenge are pictured above and we THANK YOU for making our birthday week so special.
Speaking of birthdays, my son turned 31 Friday, I attended our Summerville Rotary Club’s 75th birthday on Wednesday (NO, I was not one of the founding members) and SUMMERVILLE is celebrating its 175th birthday this year – kinda’ cool to be part of our town’s history, right?
We’re starting a new week today in “major player” literary style, because TONIGHT is the night y’all get to meet Dolly Parton and James Patterson, and hear them shout about their new book Run Rose Run!
