This Week: Grandparenting Experts!

First, a great day today at Main Street Reads as we celebrated LOVE. It was Bookstore Romance Day across the country. If you couldn’t make it in, we still have some romance buttons and tote bags left – stop by Monday for yours!

We’re super excited about the week ahead, especially for Thursday’s event. Remember Third Thursday? We miss ’em too, but we’re doing a cool Zoom event this Thursday with two brilliant authors and experts from California. Pam Siegel and Leslie Zinberg wrote the fabulous Grandparenting: Renew, Relive, Rejoice, and they’re going to share some great Back to School tips, even if you’re social distanced from loved ones. We encourage everyone to attend and contact us if you’d like to reserve a copy of the book. Make yourself a mojito and join the fun!

Grandparenting: Renew, Relive, Rejoice, is available from Main Street Reads or ou bookshop warehouse. It’s a super colorful, easy to navigate book filled with 52 ways to mindfully connect and grow with your grandchildren. Each of the 52 straight forward nourishing practices provide methods of mindfulness, along with endearing real-life stories that grandparents can identify with. These bite-sized stories offer a rich assortment of simple ways to be present in our fast-paced lives and not miss the richness of time spent with grandchildren.
